I know how inconvenient this may have been for you and I am here to assist you. or I am here to guide you on how to resolve this issue. then they go on to say: We are not able to discuss the specific details on your account closure. Surely i'm entitled to know why my account has been closed! or do i not matter at all? Seems members don't have the right to question things or have any say in anything. Although my accounts were reopened .... i still have no idea why they were closed in the first place. If it was a mistake.... who made it? and why did they make it?
